The Relief Centre for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons, Manipur, established in 2013 and founded by M. Premier Singh, is a dedicated non-governmental, non-profit organization committed to empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) across Manipur. Registered under the Manipur Societies Act 1989 and recognized under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016, the Centre works tirelessly to promote the rights, dignity, and holistic development of differently-abled individuals.
